Webinar on NFT with Eleonora Brizi | AUGE NEXT
Making Europe a better place through the co-creation of ideas, visions and actions on digital as a tool for inclusion, justice and equality. This is the goal of the AugE Next project, implemented by the MEET Digital Culture Center in collaboration with RIXC Centre for New Media Culture, Public Art Lab, Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF) and aimed at girls and boys under 30.
Webinar on NFT and Crypto- art
On Monday, March 25, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. CET MEET Digital Culture Center will host the Workshop held by curator Eleonora Brizi on NFT and Crypto- art: a practical guide through the world of the NFT platform to teach young digital artists how to promote and sell their artwork.
The guest speaker
Eleonora Brizi is a curator of digital art, known primarily in the emerging crypto art movement. After graduating in Oriental Studies in Rome, she moved to Beijing, where she worked as an assistant to Ai Weiwei and curator Jérôme Sans. In 2018 in New York, he discovered the experiments between art and blockchain. In 2020, she curated the exhibition “Renaissance 2.0” in Rome, followed by the book “Crypto Art Begins” in 2022, a collection of interviews with artists in the crypto art field.
The project in a nutshell
AugE Next is a project co-funded by the European Union’s Creative Europe Program. The project aims to shape the future of Europe, its cities and citizens, in a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient way. It aims to engage transnational groups of artists, youth and activists in four countries, facilitate the sharing of ideas for the joint creation of a new EU awareness of climate engagement, improved working and living conditions, while promoting a renewed sense of European union.
