Digital Experience | Everything by NOHLAB at MEET

On the occasion of Milan Art Week and Salone del Mobile 2023, MEET Digital Culture Center in Milan and the National Museum of Digital Art in collaboration with Filmmaster Events, present EVERYTHING (2021), an immersive installation by Turkish studio NOHLAB, for the first time in Italy.

Studio NOHLAB, founded in 2011 by Candas Sisman and Deniz Kader, has presented their work in major international festivals such as Ars Electronica, Japan Media Arts Festival, and NOOR International Festival of Contemporary Art in Riyadh. The authors have also created interactive projects for famous international brands.

Everything, 2021, is a 12:30-minute immersive experience that portrays reality as it appears, questioning human existence, and suggesting new possible interactions.

Through the eyes of a candid narrator, who follows the storyline with us, we are submerged into a three-part audio-visual narration where science, philosophy and metaphysics converge. Observing familiar elements that construct our everyday lives, the audience is challenged to realize how our vast system of existence leaves many questions unanswered. In the end, the artwork raises questions on how human capacity can understand and decode our evolving hybrid universe in its constant transformation. There might be many things we can neither perceive nor consider with our limited capabilities but embracing how much we don’t know might lead us to accept being in a constant state of transformation and probabilities.

From Saturday, April 15 to Sunday, April 23, MEET will have extraordinary opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
