for tomorrow
We are at the end of the first Digital Media Arts Master’s program launched by Istituto Marangoni Firenze, which found MEET a natural partner.
The Master’s students visited MEET in the fall and received a brief to imagine and create their first digital artwork to be presented in our Immersive Room. The theme was sustainability, climate change, and the transformation of the contemporary environment, a highly topical issue that affects us all.
In May, the students did a residency period in contact with the MEET team and tested the validity of their project in the immersive dimension.
On July 4 starting at 7:00 p.m., the evening is dedicated to the journey of these students and the viewing of their works in the Immersive Room, all accompanied by refreshments enlivened by a Live Set with artist Kety Fusco, curated by Le Cannibale.
